Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy for Physical Products
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, starting from the date you receive the goods.
This voluntary 30-day return policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict or affect that right.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary return policy, the item must generally be in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be unworn, unused and, where applicable, have its original tags attached and preferably be returned in its original packaging.
You will also need a receipt or other suitable proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
infomail /a/ podologie-und-mehr.de
Returns must be sent to:
Podologei und mehr
Hauptstraße 39
35463 Fernwald
Germany
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Items returned under our voluntary 30-day return policy without prior contact may not be eligible for processing under this voluntary return procedure.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal Information
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period for Physical Goods
For orders involving physical goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the last item.
Withdrawal Period for Online Courses and Other Digital Content
For contracts relating to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, in particular online courses, digital training materials, videos, recordings, PDFs or downloads, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
You may notify us, for example, by email or by post at:
Podologie und mehr
Hauptstraße 39
35463 Fernwald
Germany
Email: infomail /a/ podologie-und-mehr.de
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If an electronic withdrawal function is available in our online shop, you may also use this function to submit your withdrawal.
Online Courses and Digital Content
Online courses and other digital content are excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy.
This is separate from your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period if the provision of the digital content has begun and the following conditions have been met:
- You have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract and provide the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period.
- You have confirmed that you understand that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
- We have provided you with confirmation of the contract, including your consent and acknowledgement of the loss of your right of withdrawal, on a durable medium, for example by email.
If these requirements are met and the online course or digital content has been made available to you, your statutory right of withdrawal expires when the provision of the digital content begins.
If these requirements are not met, your statutory right of withdrawal remains in force.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
With regard to delivery costs, we will reimburse no more than the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
For contracts relating to the delivery of physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly agreed to provide a free return.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
infomail@podologie-und-mehr.de
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exclusions from the Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply in particular to:
- online courses,
- digital content,
- downloads,
- digital files,
- personalised or individually manufactured products,
- gift cards or vouchers,
- perishable goods,
- goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where an existing seal has been removed after delivery.
Reduced-price items or promotional items may also be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy if this is clearly stated in the relevant product offer.
Statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty rights and other consumer rights remain unaffected by these exclusions.
Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges for physical products.
If you would like a different item, you may return the item received in accordance with the applicable return or withdrawal conditions and then place a new order for the desired item.
Online courses and digital content are excluded from voluntary exchanges.
Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If a refund is issued, it will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that banks, credit card companies and payment service providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
In the event of a statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within the applicable statutory deadlines.
